Dachshunds and Friends Rescue provides numerous avenues for you to connect with us and explore our offerings. You can peruse our available dogs, schedule a meet & greet to get to know them better, find us at one of our adoption events, or actively support our mission by joining us in our fundraising initiatives. Adoption Process

Browse Available Dogs
View our available dogs and fill out our online adoption application for the dog(s) you are most interested in potentially adopting.

Meet the Team
After you have submitted an application, someone will be in touch with you within a few days. We may ask you additonal follow-up questions and/or requests for home and yard videos. We will tell you more about the dog and if it's a good fit, we'll schedule a meet-and-greet with the adoptable dog.

Complete the Adoption
If the meet-and-greet is a match, our team will review medical records and paperwork, ensuring a smooth process to welcome your new forever friend!
