Apply to Adopt
Thank you for your interest in adopting one of our dogs. Please complete and submit the form below. If you are looking for a dachshund, please be sure to complete the section of the form specific to dachshunds.
Things of Note

Applicants must be 21 years of age to adopt.

Adoption fees of $150-$750 spay/neuter, microchip and vaccines current to the age of the dog. If you adopt a puppy under six months old, a refundable deposit for a spay/neuter is required.

All current dogs in the home must be spayed/neutered.

If applicant is a renter, they must provide proof that dogs are allowed at their place of residence, and if there are any breed or size restrictions.

A submitted application does not grant access to a meet and greet; application approval is subject to our adoption teams’ discretion.

All adoptions are subject to an in-home inspection and approval from a Dachshunds and Friends Rescue representative.
